What data and why

Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We only use these to reply to you.

Newsletter: email address and name (optional). Only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every newsletter or by emailing us.

Legal basis

We process data to respond to your request or prepare an agreement (contact) and on the basis of your consent (newsletter).

Retention

We keep messages no longer than necessary, and at most 2 years after the last contact, unless they lead to a job. Then the legal retention periods for bookkeeping apply. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is stored with our hosting provider, who only keeps it on our behalf. If we choose a service to send the newsletter, we only share what is needed for that.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only a necessary login session is stored for managing the website.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email info@youngvisionmedia.com to do so. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
